Update: So bad service! They didn’t call me to cancel my appointment and when I showed up they just said the doctor was busy!
>They are saying they “try to call me” but it is not true. When I call to make an appointment the lady took my new phone number and she said she will put it in the system. And I never called to reschedule my appointment. That is not true.
Days later, the manager called (while I was at work) demanding me to change my post on here. She was really upset for the things I said about their bad service. As I said, I was at work, super busy, and I couldn’t tolerate someone

I would never recommend you take your injured pet here, especially not for x-rays. The true costs will not be disclosed to you.
I had a truly awful experience with this vet, namely Dr. Supan who lacked empathy, professionalism and competence in dealing with my old dog who was in extreme pain.
We were told to do x-rays so that they could understand what was going on with my dog’s injured leg--she is old and had fallen down the stairs and had a visible leg bump after this.
Unfortunately, $450 later and after x-rays I was told I need to pay $200 more because Dr. Supan “didn’t know what she

My ten year old chocolate lab was vomiting for two days and they were able to get me in for a radiograph same day on a Saturday, no wait to see the vet, I didn’t have to wait in office for imaging and was able to go home and get things done while they worked and it was significantly cheaper than the emergency vet! By far the easiest experience I’ve ever had in a pinch. Highly recommend!!

I was so happy after my pup, Polly, and I left WEAH. The assistant who took care of Polly, and took her back to the room was beyond friendly and professional. I felt safe and comfortable handing Polly over to her. I wish I knew her name, because how far above and beyond she went every second that I was there. She double and triple checked that Polly and I had everything we needed before we left, and she even told me that she gave Polly extra snuggles while they were in the back! Polly is not super comfortable with new people but she took to the assistant right away! Through some miscommunication
