Dr. Wall graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1997. She started her career in private practice here in Connecticut in 1997. Dr. Wall is a 3rd generation dentist here at Shoreline Professional Center, where patients have been treated in the practice for over 35 years. Visited Dr Walls office on 2/17 for a dental cleaning. Wasn’t sure if during pandemic time it was going to be comparable to my past visits. It absolutely was. It is a complete cleaning done safely and comfortably. Although the practice is no longer an in-network provider with my dental insurance I continue to visit here. The staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming! I received a little tutorial on dental floss from hygienist. Who knew there is actually a difference among floss types. I have been going to Dr. Wall for a couple years now and she has absolutely changed my fear of dentists from the very first visit. She and her staff have been nothing but kind, genuine and provided amazing care. Even when my insurance was out of network with her I continued to see her because I have been so spoiled that I couldn't bring myself to see anyone else! Always Excellent! How many people do you know who actually enjoy going to the dentist? I’ll raise my hand and say yes, I love going to Katrina Wall’s dental practice. I’ve been going to Katrina’s practice for years and every time I’m driving away I think, wow, that office is always so upbeat, dental technology is cutting edge, staff is professional and oh so friendly! I broke a tooth and ended up here because so many locals suggested her. I'm from out of town, but they took care of me like I was family. They fit me in for an exam within 90 minutes of my call. Took only one X-ray, instead of running up the bill, probed the tooth and told me it could hold a crown. I was thrilled. The set the appointment less than 48 hours later. Remember, I'm not from here.
