Dr. Pavlos has been providing high quality dentistry in her caring environment since 1994. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with High Honors in 1988 when she completed the Dental Hygiene Program at the University of Maryland dental School. She continued her education to receive her Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland in 1993 and immediately started her own practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
At Dr. Pavlos' office, we are a team that has worked together since 1998 providing the same excellent and friendly service year after year. Being together for so long has given us that family environment where we see and recognize many of the same faces coming through our office time after time. We are always there to greet you with a warm familiar smile and caring attention, treating you like you are a member of our very own family.
Dr. Pavlos understands that dental appointments can sometimes bring on some anxiety. That is why she is here to create a relaxing environment so that you as a patient can feel completely at ease and fully informed about your procedures. Dr. Pavlos provides the kind of comprehensive, caring dentistry you want for your entire family.
Dr. Pavlos and her team proudly participate in National Children's Dental Health Month. Each year our office reaches out in the community to educate children of all ages on the art of dentistry with fun and creative demonstrations. The team at Dr. Pavlos' office also participates in the yearly Feed The Hungry Program where thousands of meals are prepared to feed local families in need.

This is absolutely the worst dental clinic on the planet! Over priced, greedy owner who could care less about her staff or patients, thinks only of herself!
Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at any cost! Hopefully her capable staff will wise up to her greed and find a practice where their skills are appreciated. Truly rue the fact I have to post this with even 1 star, should be none!

I’ve always had positive experiences with Doctor Pavlos and her staff which some of them have been there for over 20 years! Always nice to see familiar faces and I have always been treated with care and concern. I would recommend her business if anyone was looking for a kind and compassionate dental provider

Don't use Patricia Pavlos, I made that mistake, too many details to get into.She allows her assistance to do dental work and the hygienists do the exams, while Pavlos leaves the building to do her "Dental Bus" business. Pavlos spreads herself too thin and wants to replace every crown you may have that is over 5 years old. Pavlos also makes terrible Cerec crowns. I've had another DDS tell me the margins were off on the Cerec crown Pavlos put in my mouth. They are also too small.

Patricia is the most realistic humanly dentist. Very gentle with high knowledge. Her staff and office can fix any tooth problem you have/ veneers/ cosmetic dentistry, fillings, etc. All the staff in the office are high qualified and have been there for over 8 years. I have been going here for 15 years and I am more than satisfied with my care each year. Quality with gentle pricing.
