Lisa Espino is an attorney and CPA, focusing on business transactions and estate planning. Her tax background provides the Firm's clients with an understanding of both the tax and legal considerations in business transactions and estate planning.

In addition to her legal experience, Lisa has 10 years of experience as a CPA providing tax services to corporations, partnerships, private clients and trusts and estates, first with a private Houston firm, then later with Deloitte Tax, LLP in Houston.At Deloitte, Lisa worked with large corporate entities in the oil & gas and utility industries on tax compliance matters.
