Me and my wife did not have a good experience today. We called and scheduled an appointment for a ‘free initial consultation’ per their website. On arrival, we’re told a consultation will be $100 due to it being tax season and free consultations are only when it isn’t tax season. We were also told the accountant had to be ‘paid for his time.’ We kindly left, not because of $100, but because we were mislead by their advertisement.

Brandon is a true professional but he also treats his clients like they are a part of his family, so you know he's looking out for your best interest. We've been with Brandon and his team for years. They work with our schedule (we live out of town but drive to them!) and have always been super to work with, fast and easy. Even with a retirement and college, they've worked with our preparations seamlessly and easily. Makes me (almost) not hate not filing taxes near as much! :)

Highly satisfied with Brandon and the crew here at VTP!! I was referred to Brandon by a coworker at the fire department. He worked with me, and helped me get as much as possible back on my returns being that I had a handful of W2’s and other forms. Brandon has previous fire department experience, and is familiar with how firefighters schedules go, and working multiple jobs so he is able to accommodate just about all that you bring him .
