I’m not really certain how the woman who answers the phone can assess my case without seeing any information or having any history of the parties involved but she sure felt like she could. She pretty much told me victims of previous domestic violence don’t have any recourse when abusers continue to abuse them and their children. I’ll find an attorney who is at least willing to sit down and listen and look at what I have before they make a snap judgement that nothing can be done rather then having their receptionists/paralegals decide that from a 10 minute phone call without hearing or seeing
