I'm a tennis instructor & I teach at the courts in my neighborhood. A few years ago the courts were resurfaced by Pro Track and Tennis. The courts looked great when they were finished, however, over the harsh winter we had there were a few spots that needed to be patched up. The short version is that Pro Tack & Tennis came up short by doing a rush job late in the year (late October) resulting in extremely poor workmanship that didn't hold up the following summer. When they were called back, they reportedly came up with a few different options to repair the spots, but it would have been outside
