We have worked with Ken on two sales. Back in 2009 when we bought the home and again now (July 2021) when we sold it. Both times Ken was very professional & responsive to work with. He spent the time to make sure we understood the real estate process and what to expect from him and our roles. We did not live in the area (vacation home) and Ken was very flexible to meet our schedule for meetings and answered our phone calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. Overall, Ken has been a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Roscommon County area

I had my home on the market with 2 different agents from competitive companies. Few showings lack of follow up after the showings. This time I decided to go with Mr Carlson was very professional, kept in guide lines with the Covid regulations. Followed up after each showing. During the sale of the home, he insured that the wording in the contract did not lead to additional expenses for me. Made recommendations that were advantageous to me. I would not hesitate using Mr. Carlson again for any real estate that I might consider in the mid section area of Michigan. A man of integrity.

Ken was incredibly helpful when my wife and I bought our first home. He taught us so much and was very accommodating. If my wife and have any more realty needs in the area we will go to him. Realtors want to sell houses to earn commissions. Ken is different. He wants to put his clients in the homes that are right for them. We found a house that we were interested in. Rather than make a sale and earn a commission, he gave us a couple reasons it was not right for us. If you want a realtor who will put you before his pocketbook, call Ken.
