I have been in this community as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years. My passion has always been to help people. I have always felt that I can make a difference in a people's life. What sets me apart? I provide you with a warm, nurturing environment, and we will work together towards positive growth.
We believe there's no "cookie-cutter" approach to counseling. For that reason, we personalize each client/client group interaction to best suit their desired outcome. Our founder, Linda, is specially trained in utilizing the highly respected EMDR approach in counseling. EMDR therapy is recognized as an effective trauma treatment, helping the mind recover from psychological trauma just as the body heals from physical trauma.

During your first session with a counselor, you can expect a little paperwork, and a lot more getting to know each other. We highly believe in understanding the needs, concerns, and goals of each client--so we pride ourselves on learning these details from day one.
