You will then have a consultation with Dr. Tiffany to discuss your health history, concerns and health goals. She will follow up with a comprehensive examination testing reflexes and flexibility.
Chiropractic care throughout pregnancy is an essential part of prenatal care! Studies have shown half of all expecting mothers will have low-back pain during their pregnancy, especially during late pregnancy. For women who already suffer from low-back pain, specifically sciatic nerve pain, the problem can get worse during pregnancy.

New Beginnings provides a welcoming, kindhearted approach to chiropractic work. It was wonderful being able to transfer from a standard patient into specialized care once I became pregnant. My husband also goes here and has absolutely loved every visit! Dr. Tiffany has been very understanding and conscious of previous-injuries and even works with you to work towards rehabilitation. An absolute 10 out of 10 for the entire team!

WOW! We are so happy to have found Dr. Tiffany sometime last year. She has been an absolute gem, my postpartum body thanks her. She is so gentle and caring with my toddler, they also love seeing her! The office is warm and welcoming, I never feel rushed or like our presence is an imposition. We have had experiences with other chiropractors in the area and will never go back! For our family, one of the most important parts of Dr. Tiffany's practice is her inclusivity. We are genderqueer and they always make us feel welcome and use our proper pronouns - the importance of that cannot be overstated

Dr Tiffany was amazing throughout both pregnancies. My husband and I seen her routinely until the pandemic. My husband has chronic migraines, she put his collarbone back into place, it was a life saver for him. She helped realign my hips and took away so much pregnancy hip pain. I would highly recommend and ill continue to see her.

Absolutely love coming here! Dr. Tiffany is so knowledgeable and always makes sure I understand why she adjusts the various spots she does. Dr. Tiffany is amazing. She truly cares about her patients. Unlike other chiropractors that I have seen she spends time with each patient to make sure you receive the care you deserve. Her office is welcoming from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Her and her staff go out of their way to give the office a welcoming environment. Dr. Tiffany and Jessica were so helpful throughout my pregnancy and after! I got adjusted regularly throughout pregnancy- which was amazing and had noticeable benefits. I also attended several of their educational courses and now bring my baby with for regular adjustments! I couldn't recommend them more highly. Dr. Tiffany is knowledgeable and works with your individual needs. The office is clean, comfortable, and you'll always be greeted with a personal friendly face!
