Services
Using ALTech on a subcontract basis is an excellent method of balancing personnel requirements or responding to peak work loads without long-time hiring commitments. ALTech can provide services on either a Time and Materials or Firm Fixed Price subcontract. ALTech billing rates are consistently lower than "actual costs" to maintain comparable members of a permanent staff.
ALTech management capabilities include close control of costs, manpower allocation, technical responsiveness, program planning, reporting, and related elements of administration. This includes concise definition of objectives, identification of the necessary expertise and manpower, and the management of multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
ALTech believes our logistics and engineering staff is the most experienced in the nation for a small business concern. The experience of ALTech personnel has been almost exclusively in support of DoD logistics and engineering efforts. Through their understanding of these support efforts, the senior members of our staff have become well known throughout the government and industry.
We offer our clients the extensive expertise of ALTech team members, including direct experience applying these disciplines to some of the most sophisticated military programs of recent years. ALTech provides accurate coordination of any effort with the overall needs of the program. We are committed to providing the highest quality support to establish and maintain a continuing relationship with satisfied customers.
ALTech has fully qualified staff members with recent experience in performing Human Engineering Programs in accordance with MIL-H-46855, Human Engineering Requirements for Military Systems, Equipment, and Facilities. Development of design recommendations for consideration by design groups, thus ensuring Human Engineering is considered during design.
