I called them to ask some questions about an irs form I may have to fill out for taxes and whether they can do that for me and the "consultant" Ms Cheung had to ask me what this form was. Even after I explained, she had no idea. She was so clueless and did not even have the professionalism to look things up herself. She just kept repeating what I said in a slow dazed way like she just woke up. I think I have more confidence in turbotax.

I have been going to H&R Block for years to have my taxes done and it feels more and more like a visit to the Motor Vehicles office. I figured for the money I'm paying, I would be treated with more respect. This time after being made to wait for 45 minutes (for an appointment I made a year ago!) without an apology or an explanation, I decided to leave and see if I could find an independent accountant who could help me instead.

I called to ask for their services to help me prepare my tax declaration for this year. They said sure and asked me a couple of questions to determine a price range. The person in the phone then consulted with someone else and told me that they were not interested in helping me. She would not say why they decided this and would not refer to other firms despite denying me service.

I came to the office at lunch time. My tax preparer and her mentor are very patient and thoughtful. Asking questions to understand my situation and try to save money for me. As I have to apply ITIN for my dependents, it took a while for them to get everything done. I'm sorry about having them working at lunch time. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Recently I was searching for an accountant to help prepare my 2010 tax return. I had a lot of stock transactions last year, and home buying and selling and then buying again....And I moved to MA mid of the year so I also have to do multi state return.....So I searched online and made a few phone calls. Z&Z offered me the lowest price. I decided to give it a try. When I got there, the accountants were so nice and professional. They answered my questions clearly with great patience.
