Very unorganized and unprofessional. What should have been a 3 day application process has turned into over a week long process with the run around. The agent never calls you with updates, you have to call for any information. Apparently, the owner of the property had been on "vacation" for a week and couldn't be reached....my personal opinion? It's just a way of them trying to stall and find more applicants.
They do NOT follow protocol on their own website...they say they don't base approval on credit alone but we were "sort of denied as of right now" even

One star isn't a low enough rating for this business. If you are a homeowner looking to rent your property, DO NOT use Help U Rent in Wyandotte! This organization is run by the most unprofessional group of individuals I've ever encountered in business. They do not provide any of the services advertised on their website or uphold the language of their contracts. Inspections, including move in and move out, are not conducted. Don't let them manage your property unless you have money to throw out the window and want a hassle when your contract is complete. Conversations turn threatening

Amazing service. Found me a qualified family to rent my home in two days. I got a 3 year lease. I did some calling around for prices before going with Help U Rent, seems all the companies pretty much charge the same prices. Completely hands free, no hassles. No work on my part. Staff was especially friendly. Super nice office. Thank You!
