Terrible experience overall. I would consider myself a patient person, but 3 strikes is definitely what it takes to annoy a person enough.
First visit: I was the first patient of the day, and as it was my first time, I had to get an x-ray. However, the x-ray happened to stop working and it took over 30 minutes to fix. Because of this, I wasn't able to get my cleaning done and was told to come back later that week.
Bonus: No greeting or introduction from Dr. Swapna. I'm an introvert, so I can totally understand, but it was a little weird. I let it pass though.

Get an appointment to get "HAUNTED". Even though you have a good teeth the doctor will scare you saying you have all the issues in the world to make huge money out of your pocket.They treat you like a trash
This is my first review in my life. July 10, I had an appointment for normal dental clean. After an hour long wait, They went ahead and scanned the teeth and went ahead with deep cleaning with out any intimation and gave the Anastasia and left for an hour treating other patient in parallel.
I asked her its too long, they make you wait more. The treatment after that is much painful.

Dr. Raveendranath is absolutely amazing! My family and I have been going to her for over 3 years now and its always been a great experience. Dr. Raveendranath is always so nice and gentle and explains to me about the procedures she is going to perform in terms that I can completely understand which definitely helps me to relax. The whole team is very professional, kind and you are always greeted with friendly smiles. The entire atmosphere is very inviting. Excellent care and facility. Highly recommend!!
