Services
I am an empathic and supportive therapist. I work using an integrative approach that combines many different styles and techniques based on the client's current needs. I form a unique and individualized approach with the belief that the therapist/client relationship is the most important element in promoting growth and change.
When working with young children, traditional talk therapy doesn't always work. I incorporate other methods such as play therapy, art and Sandplay. Being creative and meeting each client at their current level is an important part of the therapeutic process.
If your child is struggling with social skills, anxiety, depression, friendships, bullying, acting out at home and/or school, identity or gender concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorder, grief, trauma, adjusting to new situations, attachment, questions about adoption, or any other concerns, I can help.Working closely with parents in either parent sessions or family sessions is an important part of the process.

I work with children and teens who have, or have had, a chronic, life-limiting or life-threatening illness as well as those who have experienced trauma due to hospitalization or medical procedures. Dealing with a chronic or life-threatening illness can be isolating and scary. I can help provide safety and normalization to the process.
