I would like to bash these people due to filing a suit against me but I can't. I was very angry when I found out they were taking me to court. But I did owe a debt, I was just unable to pay. Eventually we compromised on 50$ a month. It was a fair payment. When I call they are always very polite. Yes they take my money, but they are just doing their job and I understand that even if they make my life harder! It was my unpaid debt that got me into this. I just couldn't afford to pay it.

Mason, Shilling and Mason took over a hospital bill that our family owed. After filing suit against us, they ask us what amount payments we could make. I very thoroughly sent them our family's cost of living, with proof and proof of income and the amount I felt our family could pay per month towards what was obviously a debt we owed (we didn't deny this, we were just in a hard place financially when it came due). They rejected our payment offer and said if we didn't pay more than double that, they were moving ahead (again they had every right). When we told them we would just have to go to court

Unethical and immoral, pursuing bills during a global pandemic when everyone is struggling. Karma will catch up to them. No concern for any kind of humanity. Only money

I owed a hospital bill of $557.00. I paid 2 payments of $200.00 each for two months. I missed a payment due to having to spend $600.00 for a new hot water heater for my home. I was served with court papers for the other $157.00 on Saturday via US mail. This firm filing these papers added court costs of $88.39.
Really? I have numerous bills from a heart attack. I find it hard to keep up with daily expenses...so tack on some more charges. Thanks so much!
