I have been going to DHAofW. for many years, I absolutely love the staff , they make the anxiety of going to the Dentist so much more tolerable. My review is in regard to my recent interaction with the office staff. Shelly is the only reason for the "STARS" Words of advice. When discussing insurance and your coverage, ALWAYS go with Shelly. My experience with Beth has proven to be costly. She totally disregards the patient / practice relationship that Shelly has always shown. I'm sure someone out there is going to express the opinion of Beth, that I "should know what my coverage is". Yep, you're right. I've been going to this office for many years. I always see Lana for a cleaning and she does a great job. Shelly is always pleasant and she knows everything about insurance. All the office staff and dentists are friendly and competent, and the office is very high tech. If you need a dentist I would recommend the group.

My Husband and I have been coming here since they opened and we always feel comfortable and welcomed. We know Shelly at the desk and she answers all of our questions and is on top of the insurance of what our costs will be ahead of a procedure. Lana is so friendly and knowledgeable. She explains things so well that I feel I can clean teeth. State of the Art equipment is pretty cool. Both Doctors make you comfortable about anything from a cleaning to a crown. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of our dental needs!!!
