Services
Dr. Chang grew up in Tainan, Taiwan. He received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy at China Medical University in Taichung, Taiwan. He then pursued his studies at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is also certified to practice acupuncture.
