Services
The company name originated from the phrase in Spanish "Manantial de Vida", which translates to English as "spring/waterfall of life". Thus, the company became LIFE FOUNTAIN. We thank God for putting people in our path that have provided us support and look to pass that on by providing the best service to you!
At Life Fountain, our variety of home care services were designed to meet all of your health related needs and our staff works to build the service around you. Personal Care Assistants support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) within the client's own home. Clients with PCA services have their needs evaluated by a state nurse or case manager before starting services with Life Fountain.
At Life Fountain Home Healthcare, we believe in providing patients with high quality home care services that are tailored to suit their needs. Our job means a lot to us - we're aware of the positive impact we can make on the lives of our patients, and this is why we do what we do! We're constantly looking to expand our efforts in the greater Minneapolis/St.
Here we publish past articles from our Monthly newsletter that we send out to our families. Check back for more informational articles and news! Here, our staff gives us a peek into why service agreements are such an important part of our work here at LF! You are applying to support someone you know, but do you need to be PCA or DSP trained, or do you need both?

The first young lady decided she did not want to continue training and the most recent one was already working 40+ hours and checking with her boss was not done and in my opinion was not a priority. In fact, this is the third "home making company" to fall short of mine and my family's expectations. Considering that

If you have a loved one who is in need of assistance of ANY KIND, you'd be doing your loved one a great disservice, choosing this company. They gave me the run around about getting a home maker to come to help me out and I had to endure two other companies that did the same thing to me.
