I come to work every day and give 100%. I am compensated very well with a good salary, good insurance, plenty of work, and never I have to worry about my check cashing. I have seen several employees in my six years with the company, offered the opportunity for advancement. The company is willing to advance personal and give training in order to help that individual succeed.

If you've ever driven in Bloomington for more than 30 seconds, you've run into construction projects that seem to drag on for months upon months upon months. Seemingly simple tasks lay unfinished for far longer than it should ever take to be completed. And almost every time, it's Crider & Crider that's to blame. I don't blame the actual work crews: I know their work is hard and I'm grateful that they're willing to do the job. But the management is atrocious, especially when it comes to getting their projects done in a timely manner and making sure their work has minimal impact on the motorists
