I love State Farm been with them since I was 16 and now I'm 58 they have fully treated me well they even when I've had to make a claim and never raised my rates and one discounts come along that I deserve they give them to me family time for three generations now nothing but the best for State Farm can I say

This is storm damage that occurred the day before Fathers Day 2020. Our siding was blown free of the house, panels were blown out of our greenhouse, and this large limb fell on multiple vehicles on our driveway. Lizzie called me, told me how to go about getting the claim started and treated me with courtesy and sympathy for my losses and the stress of the situation. I highly recommend this agency and staff!

Wanted to get a quote for insurance for my Ranger bass boat and they responded very quickly with a price that was better than Geico and Progressive. Andrea helped me confirm the coverage and deductibles the same day. She also was able to cover the value of my boat, trailer and equipment as I see it, not what Geico and Progressive thinks it’s worth. I hope I never have to file a claim but if feel confident that they will take care of my needs should it come up.

He calls me, emails me, texts me, then I finally give him my time and he asks me all of the normal questions. Then asks me what I would like for deductibles and says "it doesn't look like we can help you, good-bye." Click - what kind of customer service is that? What a waste of my time - don't waste yours. Go to the app Root and get insurance from them, they are GREAT!! Available 24/7, State Farm is not.
