My mother was being Neglected by staff. They sleep on the job NOT CHANGING HER ON TIME and leave 2-3 hours at a time while I’m gone to work not knowing I have cameras and expected me to sign their time sheet for 8 hours. My mother supposed to get 16 hrs of care a day 7 days a week BUT we was only getting 8 hrs a day Monday-Friday. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

Went looking for employment and I was ask for 2 I’d that I told the receptionist I had no clue about and all she said was I can’t help you unless I have those 2 Id’s.. So I guess the office mywhich was a gentleman who came from the back I asked him if he can explain what the ID were for and he said Go to website and see.. My problem is if your In the field dealing with customer why not service them properly? So for that I give them 1 Star..
