This heirloom marks the advent of the Kaczor Family into the funeral profession. Although faded by the decades, it is a constant reminder of the thousands of families we have been privileged to serve. The Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel is the areas newest built funeral home servicing areas from South Buffalo, West Seneca, Orchard Park and all points in between. At 3450 South Park Ave., we are easily reached by the NYS Thruway and Route 5. The Hamburg Chapel, conveniently located at 5453 Southwestern Blvd. at the cornor of Rogers Rd., is the areas only facility built exclusively as a funeral chapel.

We contacted Kaczor funeral home for my fiancee's Memorial service as he battled pancreatic cancer fiercely but sadly he was terminal and passed Jan 29th 2021. Tony and Jim were so incredibly kind to our family and we had Mike's service arrangements set up in no time with such care and compassion!!!
I felt so at peace knowing that we had Mike's service here with Kaczor on Friday Feb 4th.

Unfortunately, I've had to visit both the South Park and Southwestern Boulevard locations recently. The facilities are immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Kaczors and their staff are the ultimate professionals, anticipating your needs before you even know what they are. On a frigid Buffalo winter day, a lovely young lady was at the ready to help folks with their coats. Just a small detail that shows an extra level of care. Every little bit helps when your heart is hurting.

After my step-mother passed, and me living out of town, this funeral home went above and beyond to help me through this process. First, they answered the phone on Sunday, went to pick up my step-mother before I could get into town and responded at a moments notice to do what needed to be done. They are truly sensitive to the family's needs and care about the people, not just the money. They were reasonably priced, even though they gave special service. I highly recommend this funeral home if you are looking for a company that will provide outstanding service during difficult times.

A huge thank you goes out to Jim and his staff at Kaczor's Funeral Home. He was so helpful and empathetic toward my family during the loss of our Father. We were so lost and devastated, but Jim was right by our side helping us make very difficult decisions and providing support. The facilities and services were beautiful. Thank you for everything Jim.
