Services
You didn't start your business to sort paper, code transactions, and learn about general ledgers. You started your business because you are passionate about what you do. Signing up for our bookkeeping service means we do all the super important (kinda boring) paperwork. We balance bank accounts, enter expenses, produce reports you can understand; the list goes on and on.
How do you charge for your services/what are your fees? For individual returns, our first answer is always: we must see your current year tax information before we can give you an exact price quote. Our pricing method is value based, which means that rather than charging by form or by time, we charge according to the combination of time and complexity of each return.
We appreciate your interest. We understand that it can be nerve-wracking to make a move to a new firm. Rest assured, we want the same thing as you: a mutually beneficial relationship that's easy to maintain and produces great results. You may find that we don't fit your idea of a traditional tax office.
If you've utilized this in the past, we will automatically provide this year's for you here. Please allow at least 7 days from the date you provide your tax documents for me to assemble a draft of the return. We use the review appointment to ask for missing information and discuss follow-up questions.

We had poor to mediocre experiences with at least 3 accountants in our business before finding Olivia. Now I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my books. Olivia is smart, approachable and very committed to her clients. She helped my wife's mother through a very nasty IRS audit and did exceptionally well for her. We have also used Fred for some financial planning. He is friendly, very service oriented and helped make some obscure financial planning concepts easily understood so we could make some choices that we are still happy with several years later.
