Kristiana is a kind and caring professional. She engages her patients in a collegial relationship, allowing the patient to engage in developing and guiding the plan of treatment. I am so thankful for her help and would recommend her services to anyone looking for a provider with whom they can partner with to find wellness.

Honestly, the first few visits were alright. Kristiana Avery didn't diagnose me for anything, I already had a diagnosis so all she did was write me prescriptions for medication I'd already been taking.
However, I honestly don't understand how someone so who is so unfriendly and cold could be a mental health professional! It was appalling. She basically was barking at me the entire time I was there (why? I don't know) and I was trying not to cry because I was being yelled at as if I'd done something wrong. Super confusing and extremely discouraging.

Kristiana made it easy to talk to her about the issues I was experiencing and wanted to work on. She is extremely knowledgeable of treatment options and made sure I was a participant in deciding on a treatment method moving forward. She is clearly dedicated to her clients and that reflects through her professional and respectful manner.
