We offer Chiropractic services that include: Chiropractic adjustments, injury rehab, hot and cold therapy, ultrasound therapy and Electrotherapy. Integrate (Signature) Express Facial Or Deep Cleansing - Integrates Signature facial helps to promote healthy skin by addressing your specific needs using the basic steps of a facial: cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, applying a face mask, and moisturizing.

There is no need to worry about not being able to afford your treatments, as we are now accepting Care Credit as a payment option for Laser Lipo treatments. Dr. Shavahn Witherspoon is an FMCSA National Registry Certified Medical Examiner and is qualified to perform CDL/DOT physicals. Appointments are preferred, but we will try to get you seen the same day! You will get a copy of the DOT physical form, and we will also fax the DOT physical form to your company as well.

I had the opportunity to work at Integrate Health & Wellness for my extern site to complete my Medical Assisting Program. With a short period of time to complete my remaining hours, I contacted the office with hopes that they could use me and without hesitation both doctors gave me the OK. Both Dr. Witherspoon’s and staff make you feel very welcomed and at home! First time at this office and I am extremely happy. My first impression was how clean and orderly the office was! Such a great addition to the medical community. Took the time to explain any and all questions. Was very patient with all my concerns. Massage service was amazing as well.
