On May 30 2020 I hired a roofing contractor to perform a reroof on my newly purchased home built in 2005. Upon having the roof replaced there was a few hiccups with water intrusion and some damages. The company that I hired used legacy engineering to do the inspections on my home. Upon reviewing my home security system, legacy engineering only came out one time to inspect my roof. When the gentleman came out I advised my wife who was home at the time, to point out an area of the roof that had a shingle sticking up and also an area In the back of the house where the roofers left exposed wood.
