Comfortable manipulation tables, an exercise rehabilitation area with traction (inversion), free weight and cable resistance equipment, along with a stretching area and state-of-the-art physical therapy devices, an original McMannis flexion-distraction manipulation table (now known as spinal decompression and Cox Technique), are used for therapy.

Dr. Saracino is the best! I suffered from chronic pain for two years and the inability to exercise. Since seeing Dr. Saracino over the summer I have either very little or no pain and I am able to workout 5 days a week. I have also lost 30 pounds! I recently had some services from Dr. Mark for pain in my right hip. Not only is he very knowledgeable of muscle anatomy, he also educates the patient as to what the problem is and how he's trying to correct it. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I would definitely see him again should the need arise, or recommend him to a friend.

I suffer from progressive degenerative disk disease which causes me a lot of pain. Over the years, I have called upon dozens of different chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, pain management clinics, physical therapists mostly without positive outcome. Dr. Saracino took my case on and was able to alleviate some of my leg pain and numbness in my extremities. It is a long road to recovery, of course, and we are just at the beginning.
Prices are very reasonable, which is important as Medicare limits the number of covered sessions I could attend.

I had a severely pinched nerve in my shoulder, it was so bad I was losing all control and feeling in my arm which was keeping me from lifting. Dr. Saracino worked his magic and after a short time I was 100%! I lift twice as much as I use to and I'm still getting stronger. This man gave me something back everyone else was telling me was gone forever. I could never thank him enough for what he did for me. He gave me my dream back. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Saracino is top notch in his field! He provides exceptional care, is extremely knowledge, and is just an all around great guy. His fees are very good and he always makes sure to get you the best care for the lowest cost to you. He has helped me tremendously for issues with my neck and lower back. I would highly recommend him. As an added bonus, he's great to talk football and the Eagles with!
