I Purchased An Office Chair From The Owner Of This Store I Wanted A High Back Office Chair He Sent Me Pictures Of Chairs There Was One Chair I Thought Might Do The Trick It Was A Nice Chair & l Purchased It In Good Faith But It Fell Short In Terms Of The Height Of The Back I Tried Several Times To Call & See If He Could Find Me Another Chair With A Taller Back In Fact I Called Today He Was In A Meeting Left Message Have Not Gotten A Return Call This Is Not The First Time Whenever The Customer Is Not Happy They Become A Problem Customer I Always thought The Customer Is Always Right Don't U Believe

Our department decided to order jackets from Jut the Right Stuff based on a recommendation from another department. We had first checked out the fleece, but a request for a more durable jacket was put in by a coworker and we opted for the OGIO Endurance Velocity Jacket, which was priced at about $16 more than the original fleece we were viewing. Our rep Dennis was very quick with responding and included us in the decisions leading up to the embroidery process.
