If you want to pay top dollar for a sleepy attorney that will fight for you about as hard as a puppy peeing on himself, go to Gianelli and hire Sarah Birmingham. I paid several thousand dollars for her to show up late to court each time (bedhead included), be friendlier with the opposing attorney (her personal friend) than she is with her client, and do absolutely nothing that any person couldn't do for themselves. If you are getting a divorce, you are required to speak with a court-appointed mediator who will make recommendations. Do yourself a favor, save yourself several thousand dollars

Been a year since my mom past they seen money and fuess what the r milking it and draging it out as long as they can. Yea the make it easy to make a will ans trust but they make it super hard for you Family after you r gone. Been 10 months and they prolong it to make money. Nothing bit trouble and made it harder than ever please avoid

If I had had an opportunity to help my mom find a law firm to do her revocable trust, I would NOT have recommended Gianelli and Associates to her. If you do find yourself in the position of being a beneficiary to a trust handled by this firm, you will need to be vigilant, thorough and a tough advocate for yourself in ALL matters.

So excited to finally get our Living Trust and all associated documents in place. Thanks to Jason Pink with Gianelli & Associates. Jason is also on Covenant Grove's church council. He explained everything in simple terms and gave us all options to make our own decisions with wisdom. We also considered doing it ourselves, but this was a much better option to ensure all bases were covered thanks to Jason Pink.

First of all I must say I am very impressed by the customer service this law firm provides. Second they seem to really know their stuff. And last they offer so many things like Trusts, Corporation and LLC for your business. Highly recommend! I've been using them for my business and personal legal needs for about 3 years. Not much good to say about Gianelli they have slow played me and given me the runaround since day one I guess it be a fine lawyer if you're into throwing away your money . They are supposed to represent the wishes of the deceased but as a beneficiary I've received nothing but grief and zero information do not go here
