The place is okay, children use the washer and dryer here as a bathroom, the manager wont ever tell you who the owner is so you dont even know who is getting your information, she is mean in the long run, they are leniant about late rent until the last minute where they start demanding and if you dont oblige then tou get a notice that you are getting evicted or that your lease cant be renewed

Not bad but not great. Owner doesn't live locally so problems go unnoticed for long periods of time. There's a manager of course but everything has to be approved by the owner first, and the owner doesn't visit to really take notice or care. Drug dealers were rampant here when I lived here and while the housing is separated into two buildings it WAS dominated by one family that rented out 3 separate units and just had massive parties made all sorts of noise for the area. Sounds great until you realize it's 4 in the morning and the cops are constantly showing up to break stuff up.
