We start by creating a high-resolution digital image using our professional grade, Phase One, digital camera in conjuction with out specially designed copy lights. If you already have a digital file of your work, no problem. Your image will be analyzed for clarity, density, and resolution in order to maintain a high level of quality.
All printing is done in-house using the finest in materials. All of our print medias are acid-free and archival quality. Our prints are produced on our 44 Epson printer using Epson's UltraChrome K3 pigment based inks. The end result is a museum quality reproduction of your original artwork. ArtCastle was established in 2007 in Corpus Christi, Texas, with the goal of providing the community with the finest quality in Art and Photography reproduction. We use an Epson 44 inch wide-format printer utilizing Epson's Archival HD inks. We offer a variety of canvas, watercolor, and photo media papers that are best suited for your specific needs.
The first part of our process is taking a high resolution digital image of your artwork. We photograph your artwork using our Phase One Medium format digital camera system. Special copy lights and filters help to accurately capture all the nuances and details of your original. This is the most important step in creating a superb quality print.
