I have used Andre's pro plumbing multiple times. They have installed a new gas fire pit ring for me, fixed a leaking pipe, helped us install a new dishwasher, helped us evaluate homes for purchase, and helped us scope out a broken pipe. They are honest, hard working and reasonably priced and will always have our business.

I spoke with Joaquin on the phone in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair some leaking faucets. He said he would come out the same afternoon to make the repairs. I called again hours later, and he confirmed he was coming. He even asked me to send photos of the faucets to see if he had replacements.
By the late evening, he never showed up or called to say he couldn’t make it. I didn’t appreciate the total lack of professionalism or courtesy.

Andre's Pro Plumbing came out when they said they would, and performed the work neede (repaired my toilet and a pipe that had been both damageg in freeze of Feb '21. Both of the repairs are covered by my homeowners insurance but Andre's refuses to send me the invoices for these repairs so I can be reimbursed. This is not very professional,;, and now I'm at my wits end how to get these invoices
