Factorymartusa is a commercial printing company located in South Florida. We specialize in printing plastic products but also offer paper products. We print the vast majority of our products on a offset printing press and process all our cards in our factory. We also offer design services for our customers.

They seem legit but they promise it will ship in just a couple of days. I paid for my order on the 24th called on the 31st still had not printed nor shipped. Then I called them to ask where my fobs are and the person on the phone said well we moved so maybe they will get done tomorrow.
I should have been told they were moving and we can't do them as fast as we promise. So just be careful if you need things fast! Not a good way of doing business.

We previously ordered 2 orders of 100,000 postcards for our company through our rep Bill. the first order was a total mess. They were sequential numbered cards and the order was a complete mess. It took days to properly sort them into order. The second order was much better.
Now our third order was placed on 6-27-18 for 200,000 pieces with a 10,000 deposit. We had made multiple payments on previous orders with no problem as long as they were paid prior to shipping.

Zero Stars if that is possible. Do not do business with Factorymart. I had them print a special order of key cards for our hotel and asked them to put an arrow showing the direction that card goes into the lock. They printed the arrow in the wrong direction so the keys have to be slipped into the lock upside down to work. When I asked for a refund or a reprint, they refused to answer my emails or phone calls for three months. When I finally demanded to speak with the rep who took my order, the secretary came back and told me that it was my fault, as they don't know how our systems work. I

I'm not usually motivated enough to post unpleasant interactions with businesses, but I couldn't let this slide.
Placed an order for 250 hotel key cards on June 3, 2013 for a wedding on June 29. Not a large order by any means. Their "suggested" shipping date on the order was June 17th. I called prior to placing the order to make sure I would receive them in time for the wedding. We went through the order with the manager Mike, including the fact that the cards needed LoCo strips, and I was told it wouldn't be a problem.

I ordered cards on 2/28/12. The standard turn-around time was 5-10 days. I called on 3/26 when I still had not received my plastic business cards. I was promised that they would go out on the same day. I called again on 4/5. The cards had still not shipped and was again promised that they would go out with overnight shipping on that day. Still nothing. I have spoken with two different gentlemen on the phone and have heard excuses ranging from "this is our busy season," to "there was a problem with the cutting machine for the cards." I am more than unhappy with the lies
