I come from a family of REALTORS and though I held other positions after I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1994, it was Real Estate that has become my passion. I grew up in Blackshear and have lived in this area the majority of my life.

So better be prepared and get to the website and get the permit at least maybe it's going to be 25 or $20 and you can park and don't be a worry it doesn't matter where you live just get the permit

Paid 20$ for an application to be processed. I was told it shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours, four days later it still wasn’t processed and I was informed they were going to rent the house to someone else who had previously declined but their application had already been approved. I’ll never go there again.
