I moved to the US from Germany and had car- and home owners insurance with them for around 4 years. Once you get your California drivers license ask the German official place for your drivers report (Punkteauszug Flensburg) - they even send it to you in english. State Farm accepts that to credit you as a 'good driver'.
Until 2020 we never had issues with our car requireding their services but (of course - 2020) had to be towed one time and had a small accident. State Farm did well here. Only thing one could wish for is that for towing they give you a better choice for garages.

Wen Ling office has been providing auto insurance to my vehicle for years. I visit their office everytime I have questions about my insurance, and they always patiently explain the details to me. Cindy and Pearson are the 2 staff members I talk with the most.They both have helped me choose the most suitable coverages and save me lots on insurance.
