We have been in the printing industry for over 20 years providing high-quality custom t-shirts, digital printing, embroidery, and screen printing. All of our materials and inks are purchased from brand name manufacturers based in the United States as well as a few certified overseas suppliers. Our customers range from football night t-shirts to corporate or military/navy orders involving hundreds of shirts at a time.
Bulk/Group Orders, Specific Color Matching, Larger Variety of Products Traditional t-shirt printing method in which each color in a design is separated out and burned to individual fine-mesh screens. Ink is then transferred to the shirt through the screen. I gave it one star because it would not let me give it no stars.
Please don't waste your time or money going to this place!
I purchased a shirt for my niece's birthday. I gave them a design and they agreed that they could do it.
When I picked up the shirt, I noticed that the design was crooked.
When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was actually told that it was an "eye trick".
Then he said that the design that I had given him was actually crooked!
He then said that he could do the shirt again, but I would have to bring in another shirt and pay for it again!
I was irate at this

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Don’t waste your time. I purchased shirts from a different place took 6 shirts to have embroidered on each one front right side opposite of the pocket. And I go pick them up a week later and the logo was embroidered on the pocket side above the pocket. I called and asked why did they do that? She stated because she felt it looked better. WHAT!!!!!???!!! It’s not what I the customer wanted!!! So she offered to redo them for free but I had to buy shirts again they did not reimburse me for the shirts as well. So again I dropped them off and picked them up a week later

Just left this store trying to get a shirt and hat made. The young man in the store was about the most unprofessional person I have run across in a long time. He couldn't answer any of my questions and could only tell me to come back tomorrow when the embroidery people are there. He also never got up out of the chair he was sitting in. Really acted as if we were bothering him by being in the store. If he's all you got, you should stay closed on Sunday. Pretty Bad!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Went in today looking for a basketball jersey and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service I received. The man that was working was very rude, barely looked up from what he was doing to acknowledge me or what I was looking for. However, I asked him about creating the jersey and was very rudely told "Yeah we can do that" but then when asked about purchasing the jersey, I was told that they only do that if I go purchase a jersey somewhere else. We hit a small bump in the road as far as turnover time, but the owner took good care of us. I tried to deal with several printing shops before coming here and they were all either unreasonable or hard to deal with as far as getting a price. Luckily that wasn't a problem here. I needed multiple shirts for my business and they turned out way better than I could've asked for. I am beyond satisfied and would definitely recommend using these guys for custom shirts. The only constructive criticism I would give would be to have the employees work on their customer service etiquette as far as

My friend and I wanted to start a clothing brand and we were referred to Design 4 You by someone who spoke very highly of them. When we walked in we didn't know what to expect. We sat down with David, one of their knowledgeable graphic designers, and he sat with us for an hour and helped to create our logo. He helped make an idea a reality. After we completed the logo, Veronica helped us pick out some items for our brand and showed us the options that she felt were best for us. Design 4 You is my “go to” place for custom shirts. The website is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. Their suggestions make my design look amazing! The BEST thing that I love, as a teacher, is that d4u does all the hard work! I create the order online. d4u then gives me a link to share with my kids/parents! Parents go online to order shirts and pay! d4u even notifies me when a shirt is ordered too. Then, at the close of my order deadline, they tally the shirt count, ask me to check if I am satisfied with the design and BINGO – 7 days later WE HAVE SHIRTS! Nicely folded, wrapped

Requested three designs to be embroidered on provided material. Was told it was going to be ready for pick up in two days. Came back two days later and it was not touched. "The lady never in" was told it would be ready the next day. Again came back to days later and it was still not ready. "Were not sure what designs you wanted" even though they were on the order sheet with the page attached. Not worth your hassle going there. Find a more professional place.

I was in search of a print shop, but more importantly I wanted a quick turnaround and a quality shirt. Well here I am! I did a quick search on Google and found this place that's within 10 minutes of my current location. Talk about timing - perfect!
This shop is located inside of Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach...it's not to far from the department store, Sears.
I walked in and two employees were working on products, but I was immediately greeted upon entering.
