RCI provided professional engineering services on the Regency at Summerlin single family residential subdivision located within Clark County, Nevada. The project was developed in six (6) units with approximately 440 single family residential lots. The project encompassed design for entry/amenity area, 23 lot model home complex and the remaining production lots.
RCI provided civil engineering services for this 935 lot single family residential subdivision on 290 acres of the 329 Caramella Ranch Planned Unit Development located in southeast Reno, Nevada.
RCI provided civil improvement plans, drainage study, water system network analysis, sanitary sewer report, queueing analysis, final map, storm water pollution prevention plan, lot fit, model complex site and grading plan, plot plans, sales utility/fencing exhibit, and dry utility coordination for each of the Villages.
