Worst apartment management I've ever lived under. They have no emergency maintenance line and very limited hours at which to reach them. Office never returns calls or fixes problems. Laundry machines broke down and ate my money every few weeks and never got replaced. Lied to me when I moved in, claiming there was no AC and I'd have to provide my own, even though there was central air to every other apartment -- all because they didn't want to replace the broken AC in my unit. The office people have literally laughed at me over the phone when I called in to complain about something. Don't rent from

Horrible Properties. Ants, roaches, other insects, leaking roofs, electrical issues and other issues due to these. Most of property management seems like they really want to help but then they leave and nothing it taken care of. Or if it is fixed we are lucky to have it stay fixed for longer than 3-4 months without the issue coming back or actually being worse. It is very evident that $$$ is their only game and making sure their tenants are happy is a secondary concern for them.
