I'm a regular customer of this business. I lost my dad recently and Felix was very patient with me . He helped me figure out the set up of the obituary along with picture placement even the color of the program. It wasn't even finish when I saw I had come to the right place. Time was running out and he made me comfortable for a very important day in my life. Thank you Felix. I will never forget the comfort u gave in my craziness. The Daniel family is grateful.

Seriously they saved my butt. I had a last minute job to print menus and Tri folds and se day printed me 1000 sheets. Thank goodness for the owner he was so honest and diligent.
I went back for stickers to place on my wall for my business and he provided an amazing quality low tac vinyl that when I put on the wall it was better than drilling nails and framing.. and cheaper!
No doubt this is a friendly and go to spot for printing. The prices are half of UPS store and FedEx.. highly recommend!

Bald Older Man with white Beard is extremely RUDE and Unprofessional. I don't understand why he basically humiliated me in front of other customers just because I was getting my finger print done. He treated me unfairly 3 times. If I wasn't in a time crunch I would of reschedule with a different business.

Talk about fast...Al is the best! I had a 4:00 p.m. job interview and needed to start from scratch on some brand new business cards and copies of my resume. This was a lot to ask: I called Al at about 10:30 a.m. On the same day, at 1:00 p.m., I picked up 500 brand new custom made business cards and ten copies of my resume. I made it to my interview with time to spare. I could not believe that they were so quick! Al really went the extra mile and knocked it out of the ball park for me. Thank you so much!

Do not come here for FedEx services, they charge you for what should be free. He was supposed to just scan the barcode on my phone and print my label, which is free at other FedEx locations but somehow that amounted to a charge for using the computer for ten minutes, absolutely ridiculous and going to call FedEx about this.

I came here for fingerprint work. The man was rude and not that friendly. While doing my work he told me "you don't work hard do you?" I'm not sure whatt he leaves at by that. I accidentally didn't follow direction to his instruction and he rudely said "I told you not to do that and you did it anyway". I really hope he finds his way. Everyone has their bad day, but this was something else.

I came in for fingerprinting, The old man who worked in there was very rude. He snatched my passport out of my hand when I already told him I had to check to see which one was mine because I was also carrying my boyfriends. He had no patience. He told me multiple times not to press next on my directions on the computer, I said okay . He told me I was not going to listen to him and press next anyways and if I don't listen he won't help me. Complained so much that my ID was expired in a week and if I came in a week later he wouldn't have helped me . Just had bad customer service .

Lazy employees if you have a computer with a printer you are better off doing it yourself. 3 seconds on the computer I was charged a dollar fifty when all I really needed was them to print out a copy. Uber and Lyft are too big companies I'm sure I'm not the first person who came in asking for this form. Sad you guys are the only place in the area I'm sure you guys are taking advantage of University students also. If I wanted to do the work I would have did the work myself instead of paying you anything. Never again

They did a really good job with some laminating and printing for me. I got a 3 page front and back job with binding for 5 dollars each. I needed about 20 copies.
BUT wanted to use the yelp deal ($30 for $50) and they said if I used that they would have to charge me more for each job. So TIP: Just call for pricing and they will give you good deals.
Very good turn around times too, only took them a day. I'd come back here in a heartbeat before heading to an overpriced Kinko's or UPS store.
