Many complaints. I had a new patient appointment at 7:30am. I arrived about 7:10am because I was trying to have this done before work and obviously show up a little earlier for my appointment. Upon arriving I noticed the office was closed. Not a light on. The closed sign was still on the door. The sign states they open at 7am. I tried calling but of course no answer being nobody was inside. Other patients started to arrive and had the same experience. We waiting and finally at 7:45am someone rushed in the parking lot and opened the door. I asked why I was scheduled for a 7:30am appointment if they

I used to love this place. I've tried calling and leaving multiple messages to make appointment. I have to get new dentist cause the staff just don't care anymore. Dr. Sefcik is great but new staff lacks customer service. Not looking to get pampered just a exam and cleaning. I used to take my whole family there but something happened with my 5 year old son. He had some real issues but could never get appointment. Sorry Dr Sefcik.

I have near-crippling anxiety about dentists. I've been to lighthouse twice now and they don't feel like a dentist. They feel like a caring family that only wants the best for you in every way. Quick, precise, communicative! They even joked around with me for a while to help calm my nerves. I had a deep cleaning and several fillings, it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, I've scheduled a followup appointment for a while from now and I know I'll be well taken care of then and later. My new primary dentist. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys.

I'll start off this review with the positives: the first time I came into lighthouse dental was in the beginning of the pandemic (end of February 2020) . They got me in on short notice when they were only seeing a limited number of patients because one of my fillings fell out and they fixed it. I have also had some good and thorough cleanings there.

Lighthouse dental is the best dental facility I have ever visited and I have no intention of going elsewhere. DDS. Richard Lin is gentle, kind and charismatic. Hedy Van Harlinger is the dental assistant who did my fillings and she is a true artist! She fixed my front tooth and I am no longer embarrassed to smile! Katya the receptionist is polite and professional and very helpful answering your financial questions. Its very nice to visit a facility where everyone treats you like a friend!

Okay, first let me state this, the Doc is actually really cool. He is fast, and kind. Here is why I left one star - because the rest of the staff doesn't seem to care. I've been three times and each time I've encountered an issue. From being forgotten on my FIRST visit back, not being called after multiple teeth treated within three hours (but they were closing so that's okay to them - luckily the Doc actually called after the weekend), and now misinformed on meds... The Doc should go somewhere else.

My wife, daughter and I have been longtime clents here. We arrived today for end of year cleaning and check up. I needed A-sharp break in my tooth filed down. Our appointments were scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. My wife had another appointment at 2:30 p.m. so she needed to be seen 1st. She explained the situation to the young lady who called me back 1st but we were told that the appointments could not be switched around and I was the 1st one so my wife was forced to cancel her appointment with your office because her other appointment was for a serious health issue

I have spent years looking for a dentist I could trust and they were right in my own backyard! The staff at Lighthouse is outstanding, Dr. Samuel is by far the best dentist we have ever had. My whole family goes here now. Sherry (an insurance guru) and the rest of the girls are so funny, they make you feel comfortable, it's hard to be nervous when they have you laughing! I recommend Lighthouse Dental and Dr. Samuel to everyone I know.
