As a certified and licensed massage therapist, I follow all legal and ethical rules of my trade. Exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The Coastside has been my home for over 40 years. Since starting my practice, I have accumulated over 750 hours of massage training in a variety of modalities.

I provide a very deep, relaxing, therapeutic massage and can customize each massage to fit your needs. My studio is located in Half Moon Bay, California. I also offer in-home massage for a traveling fee and massage services at the Mill Rose Inn in Half Moon Bay. More recently, I became a Certified TRE Provider and offer TRE Exercise classes online and in downtown Half Moon Bay.
