Qd Massage

Visited Sept 2021 and it was a Nightmare! Paid 60 for one hr massage. 10 min waiting in the room before the massage. Once the massage started she went to answer the front door three times and took a phone call. I got about 15 min of a decent massage but after the last time of leaving during the massage, I decided to leave. I ended up demanding some of my money back and ended of paying 40.00. I showed up to get my one hour massage to be told They only had time to do 1/2 hour Massage! in all my years of getting massages I have never experienced this. Do not use this place its a joke

Been 3 times.... I'm always willing to give second or 3rd chances.
1st time couples massages. It was so so at best. She was very light handed and after an hour I was feeling ok but not wonderful like we'd planned. It was fun for us to hang out and have a date night massage.
2nd time.... not bad. Got a chair massage and she really concentrated on my shoulders. She helped like 5 other people and it seemed super shady. Someone came in for 2 min and left, then again and again. Each time she left me there. Just weird. But still.... decent massage.
So I go a 3rd .... knowing I want a chair massage

Requested tip after the signatures were left. Meaning the person came back to the back room after payment to say that.
Did not get what was advertised. The “combo” is a little on the back and a little on the feet (30 minutes each). My understanding was there would be a foot style massage and scrub with a back massage.
When I think of a foot massage place like this I think of the scrubs, and exfoliants.
A better menu and more professionalism would make this a better experience.

I want to give this place a bit of redemption from that 1 star review. I think most people need to realize that this is a traditional Chinese family owned massage facility. This isn't like massage envy, or massage Heights it's a real family niche. That being said they don't give you a whole bunch of questionnaires and find out too much about your health, they believe in natural massages that hopefully heal you in a meditative way. The massage was good. Lady asking for a 40 tip afterwards. She was pretty persistent. I felt very uncomfortable with her demeanor. Definitely will not return.

Unpleasant experience to say the least. To begin I was quoted one price on the phone and charged a higher price when I got there and was told I had to pay in advance before the massage. Second the masseuse had NO idea what she was doing (poor quality). Third when I was getting dressed she opens the door while I’m still dressing and starts striping the table while I was still sitting on it. Last, masseuse follows me out to the lobby to hound me for a tip. Overall extremely unprofessional.

We were asked to pay ahead of time and leave a tip before the service which I thought was strange. I typically leave a cash tip and my tips are based on service. I left the tip blank as I planned on waiting until after the service to leave the cash tip. Then they started talking in another language so that I could not understand and pointed to the receipt and handed it to me so I wrote down a flat tip amount as I was so confused at what was going on. Decent massage, but very difficult to communicate. They make you pay before the massage even starts, and when I tried to give a $10 tip, she said she wanted $20. During the massage, the girl left several times to talk to another girl, quite loudly. I think part of the issue was cultural differences, at least I hope so. Sorry, but I will not be spending my money here in the future.

Made an appointment for 5:30 pm...got there right before the appointment and was asked to come back in an hour. My wife and I asked for a couples deep tissue massage. We were asked to pay in advance which I gladly did. We were taken back to the room got our massage which was more of a Swedish massage not deep tissue. When we went to leave we were asked to fill out paper work which I told them no since that hour was a waste of my time and money then we were reminded that we didn’t tip when we paid before the massage. I would NOT recommend going to this place for a massage.
