Luis, the owners was absolutely incredible! Too many times have I dealt with shady mechanics that milk you for everything they can but not Luis. He's been at this for a few decades and when I brought my vehicle to have a issue figured out and fixed, he only changed me for the work he did and not the diagnostic. The man and the mechanics he has working for him have the utmost integrity along with incredible skill. Look nowhere else

Louis is very knowledgeable on just about anything automotive. By far the most trustworthy, honest, and fair. Through the pandemic they survived and never gave up on their customers. I have known Louis and Hernan for over 18 years even before they opened their shop. I would not hesitate to take my car no matter what the problem.

They were great!!! My air conditioner was going out so I called around town on a Friday afternoon to get it fixed. Most places told me they could not get me in or to come back the following week. Luis told me to bring the car in and he checked out the air conditioner and showed me the problem and gave me different options for repair. Dropped it off at 4 pm on Friday and he told me it would be done by 12:00 pm the next day. He called at 11:55 and told me the car was ready! Great service great communication, great people!!!

LUIS IS THE BEST. My "engine overheat - low coolant" light turned on and, because my vehicle has a fail-safe feature, I was unable to drive it. I had no idea the coolant was low as the vehicle had been recently serviced and no "coolant low" light came on. I put coolant in but the car still wouldn't respond. Fortunately, my friends in Duarte recommended Luis. We called him at 6:07 pm and he offered to come to the vehicle and check it out, even though it was past closing time. He brought his scanner, reset the codes to reflect that the coolant was replaced, and I was able

Luis fixed up my wife's Kia Forte, the driver-side handle randomly just...broke...We called around to local auto shops and Luis' business was highly recommended by his neighbors. He did awesome, quick work. The part is a rarer specialty part and it only took a few days to get it delivered and installed.

Have been coming here for years now.! So happy i have a place to go where i don't have to be worried about being ripped off or scammed. Luis is always super helpful and accommodating! I took my car here, and had a very good experience. Luis, the owner, is very honest and knowledgeable. I felt like he was very helpful, and truly had my best interests in mind. He was able to fix the issue with my car for considerably less than what the "big" dealership was trying to charge just to diagnose the issue. I highly recommend Dan's Automotive. I have taken my car to Dans Automotive and found Luise the owner and Head Mechanic to be an excellent Mechanic. He also charges a very fair price compared to anyone else in the area. My two grown sons also bring their cars to him. One of my sons moved to Burbank but still brings his auto down here to have Luise (at Dans Automotive) work on it, because he does not trust anyone else! Luise is a good honest hard working man who won't do you wrong and won't over charge you! He is a friendly family man and will show you exactly what he fixed and the old parts too. I took my car to Dan's when I suspected I was being ripped off by another mechanic. Turns out, yes, I was being ripped off by another mechanic. Luis at Dan's didn't give up until he found the problem and corrected it. Not like other mechanics who see a female and try to take them for every dollar they can. Dan's Automotive is honest, friendly, great priced... I will be taking my car here from now on, and recommend them to everyone I know.
