As always, the Pelak Team was excellent. The clerical people at reception desk are always courteous and helpful. Schedules are kept, procedures are made as comfortable as possible, and a lot of attention is paid to mitigating pain.

The dental hygienist, Linda, was very kind. She gave me a rundown of all the procedures during my cleaning, which was something I never knew about. I've been coming to this dental clinic for almost 20 years and have never had a complaint. Dr. Pelak is a very knowledgeable dentist and will always look out for the best options regarding your dental care.

I’ve seen Dr Pelak since we lived in Yorkville, IL in 2008. Where ever we’ve lived (all over northern Illinois, Indiana, as well as the UK), I’ve always come back annually to get a dental checkup & more in Dr Pelak’s offices. I’ve unfortunately needed many procedures over the years due to negligence to properly take care of my teeth earlier in life… - root canals, crowns, cavities, wisdom teeth removal, etc. Some were emergency procedures. Dr Pelak and her staff have always treated me with care & respect and have communicated clearly about proposed procedures

The girls and dentist are very nice. I give them 5 stars. They have no alternative other than a massive debt repayment plan. You have to have insurance to cover thousands dollars or you will be fitting the bill.
I had to reject my treatment because I can not afford the huge bill. My teeth goes in treated.😞💰

I researched dentists in my area and was impressed with Total Dentistry because their practice offers the ability to handle a variety of dental needs in one place. My first visit confirmed to me that I had chosen well. Everyone I dealt with that day was friendly and professional. After my exam, I had a treatment program created for me and was able to speak with someone who outlined my financial options to get the necessary work done. It was very helpful.

Dr. Pelak is a professional who keeps up with the latest methods. I can stay right in the same office for implants, Invisalign, endodontics and more including retainers and crowns onsite. I have been a patient for 24 years and my teeth are a thousand times better now than when I first walked in. Even with implants or oral surgery, I have never had a lot of pain with any of my treatments. 👍🏻👍🏻

First time to Total Dentistry and Dr. Pelak was wonderful. Love the fact that they have 6 a.m. appointments because that works well with my work schedule. She keep me informed the whole time and explained everything in detail. Look forward to bringing my kids who don't particularly like any dentist!

The dentist I had utilized for the past 17 years recently merged with another dental group which is not at all patient-focused in my opinion, so I had been searching for weeks for a new dentist. Fortunately I remembered hearing the terrific radio commercials by Dr. Anna Pelak of Total Dentistry on WCPT 820AM and decided to phone her. I spoke to Total Dentistry administrator Raya who pleasantly and professionally answered all of my questions and booked me for an appointment, not for next month or next week, but for the very next day!

I left my second visit have paid twice that, for a cleaning, no real consultation, and was asked to get my x-rays (I was asked to do it), from my last dentist.
Upon leaving, I was given an estimate for $4,000 on what was to be done, no good explanation.
They have clean, modern facilities and lollipops, that's it. As far as I'm am concerned, I agree with another review that they are in it for the money, and they still owe me $99.

My first appointment at this place went okay. That was the cleaning and the exam. Turned out I needed a crown and had a two cavities that needed filling. Because the crown was needed on a back molar, the dentist said a conventional crown was necessary. On a return visit they filled one of the cavities and prepared the back molar for the crown, leaving a very rough filling with a tiny piece of cement or filling material or whatever sticking beyond the tooth into the space between that tooth and the one behind it. I have never reviewed a place on yelp, and I created an account to review this place because I am so angry. I went to this dentist over the summer out of convenience because its close to my house. I got a cleaning, cavities filled, and a veneer placed on my tooth. 1 week later while biting my nail the veneer came off. Really? So I went in to get it replaced. They then tell me I can't eat hard things anymore, like apples. So I go to get my teeth fixed and now I can no longer eat apples? If there's ever been a rating you paid attention its this one. DO NOT SEE this lady. All she does it pass on her patients to someone else, they don't have the experience and use you as a guinea pig. they butchered me. I had never in my life had a cavity and was 30. I was told by her that i needed one and to come back. when i came back a different girl did it and drilled too far and they i needed to get a surgery due to touching the nerve.
