Even though you pay for your homeowners insurance all year if you call them out to access cost for damage and end up not needing them cause damage is too inexpensive they STILL count it as a claim and drop you the 2nd claim in EVER...dont like that at all...prices could be more competitive or go down upon review with good record

I happened upon Joe Janet's State Farm Agency well over a decade ago. I had never had insurance claims (other than minor issues) in the past. Since being with Joe Janet, I have encountered some major happenings. I managed to get myself into a couple of Real Pickle's. They were always there to help, and, in a Good Way.

From Day One, they were far less expensive than ANY insurance company I had been pricing at the time, and still are. They were always sending, mailing or faxing any documents I needed, at a Moments Notice. They let me know if I can save money with a tweak or to, to my policy

I have been Insured by Joe Janet State Farm for quite a few years. I had been paying about 1250.00 per month on one child to drive a vehicle with his clean record. I contacted Joe Janet's Office and was Greeted with a Friendly, Cheerful voice on the other end of the phone. It seems it is always that way. They managed to reduce my bill, cover the home and a couple of other things, for far less. About *00.00 per month less. I have been with them ever since. I have had some minor Boo-Boo's over the past ten years, and a major one. They supported me in my findings concerning the accident I am referring

I feel like I'm treated like family. Quinn L. has been working hard on behalf of my family. She found us a better rate on our home and auto when I reported a change in the amount I am driving and I have a baby on the way so any decrease in premium would be helpful. She got my husband and I set up on drive safe and save really easily and she always gives me realistic expectations as to when she will have an answer for me on anything she can't answer right away. I think the coverage is excellent for the price and I have no desire to shop around. I came to State Farm after I was disgusted

I have been with State Farm and Joe Janet's office for over 7 years now. I actually signed with them after some terrible experiences with a local American Family Office.

I have to say that in all that time, I have always received friendly and attentive service from this office. The representatives I have communicated with have always provided answers to my questions and always followed up with me, be it by mail, email, or phone.

Recently, I made some changes to my policy and Jani was extremely helpful and friendly through the process, which included sending me forms to fill out in the mail

Joe has been my insurance agent sine he first opened his office in my neighborhood. His office staff has always been fantastic. Back in 2002, After being involved in my first ever car accident the staff in joe's office handled everything for me. They arranged for a tow truck to take my car away. They even set up which repair facility would handle the repairs. Since my policy has car rental they had Hertz come and pick me up at home so we could take car of my car rental. I am very dissatisfied. I have automatic withdrawal from my account every month. And the one time is doesn't work I get a notice for cancellation? Seriously. I couldn't even get a call first. And to top it off I just added a new car to my insurance and they told me one price and when I get my bill it's 20$ more than what I was told.

I work for a real estate office that requires renters to have renters insurance with our company listed as an interested party. I have to call agents often to get the management company added and it is usually a hassle. This is the first time it was completely pain free, no questions asked, I wasn't bothering them or wasting their time and I received the corrected documents within the hour.
