All professionals at Superior Smiles maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in the medical field. Dr. Ron Fisher lives in Chassell with his wife Beth and his daughter Emily. His educational background includes Michigan Tech University 1984 - 1986, Northern Michigan University 1987 - 1988, and University of Michigan School of Dentistry 1989 - 1993.

Your first visit to Superior Smiles involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures.
We will gladly process your insurance claims, receive, and post credit form insurance payments to your account as a courtesy to you. Some offices require that the patient pay upfront for services rendered. The patient is then responsible for submitting their own dental insurance claims and has to wait for the insurance to reimburse them.

I will never EVER let my family be worked on by Dr. Fisher! My son is terrified of the dentist in general; this morning Fisher threw a temper tantrum, ripping off is gloves, pushing the tray away, yelling "I'm NOT working on him, I CAN'T!" and left the room, because my son was crying and scared of the numbing needle. HIGHLY unprofessional! His staff was great and accommodating after his outburst. He needs a new profession. The WOSRT experience EVER. Dr. Fisher needs to be fired!

Find a different dentist!! Trust me! Terrible unfriendly front desk ladies! Not too mention the place is just scummy! I went for a cleaning for my 3 yr old son & the lady was so rough and just rude! He’s now terrified of anything dental! This place has gone downhill! They don’t care about their patients - just want your money! So money hungry!!

Wouldn't recommend. If you miss apt or forget for any reason (3) times total/3 strikes your out, -and its not just in the span of a couple months..its TOTAL. Ive been going here with my kids for 4 years and in the matter of 4 YEARS she had just missed her 3rd apt ever, throughout 4 years, and they VERY RUDELY tell me-"Yea. Shes dismissed now, Sorry!" and that was IT. I said what? a 10 YR old?! Its not even her fault. They said it doesnt matter if its a child or an adult. But there are limited places who will accept new patients with medicaid around here to begin with, so they just made my life

I generally dont give reviews unless its a good one, but my experience here has been that bad.
They are rude, and unorganized. Truly sad because as a Kid i wouldn't mind coming here. They care more about their money than their patients. Also, dont ask for pain relief, youll get a snobby comment about how they dont prescribe help for pain.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Called for a emergency appointment and was greeted with a rude receptionist, who could of given two cares less about making my day better. Then when asked if there was a waiting list I was simply told it is already "full" with people with "tooth aces" and to call around to somewhere else. Then she hung up. Guess they wont be getting any of my business, and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows that SUPERIOR SMILES is the one of the worst business up here.

I highly recommend Dr. Tony Sarazin for anyone with a dental phobia. Before I started going to Superior Smiles and Dr. Tony, I was petrified of dental appointments. He has a very calming disposition and is a very kind, funny and fun dentist. I won't go as far as to say I look forward to dentist appointments now, but I'm not afraid *at all* to go to the dentist. It's a miracle, really. Thank you, Superior Smiles and Dr. Sarazin. You guys are the best around!!

I was called and told my appointment was for 240 twice, showed up there and my appointment was for 2 o'clock, and the wait time for an new appointment is always booked 3 months out. I was unhappy with the fact they didn't even call to tell me I had missed my appointment and the fact that someone gave me the wrong time.
