Dr. Caldwell began practicing in East Liverpool in 1998. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, served his residency in general dentistry at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown, OH. He holds National and Northeastern Board certification.
Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society and numerous other local and national professional organizations.He is also an active member of the dental department of East Liverpool City Hospital.

On the first Friday of February, every year, we host Give Kids a Smile Day. It is a national event sponsored by each state's State Dental Association. We work in cooperation with area schools, after school programs and day care centers to provide free dental treatment to area elementary students. Each child sees a dentist for an examination, the dentist looks for cavities and other problems.
