In June I had ordered an ink cartridge from 1 Inc.com. I didn't open the box until just a few days ago, (Sept. 7th), as the old cartridge was still hanging in there. The new cartridge just didn't fit exactly right, and my printer would not work with the new one in there. I had ordered through 1 Inc .com before with no problems, so I wasn't sure if they would take the cartridge back. I called 1 Inc.com this morning, and got Pamela, she could not have been nicer! It was not a problem, they would send me another cartridge right away! What a good feeling it was to know I can order products from this

I am a long term 1ink.com customer. I recently needed to return several new cartridges because the printer died. Nancy was the first customer service representative I worked with. She carefully outlined the return procedure and provided a processing code. I then worked with Susan who applied the refund to my credit card and concurrently placed an order for cartridges for my new printer. I appreciated her cheerful, accommodating spirit on a Friday afternoon. I was also pleased to know that the company does not keep my credit card on file. 1ink definitely is to be commended on their customer service

Used for first time ordering HP replacement cartridges. Printer uses both tricolor and black cartridges. Tricolor worked fine, but black cartridge wasn't recognized as installed by printer so didn't show ink level. Called customer service and they mailed me a replacement which I received the next day and worked perfectly. The printer recognizes the cartridges as remanufactured and properly displays ink level. Great customer service. Will be a repeat customer!

This company is spamming the crap out of me. I keep blocking it but I can't get it to stop. They are notorious for hiring third parties to spam email on their list, which they don't get through legitimate means (I never gave them my email address), and the BBB website says that even if you reach out to the company directly, they will never stop spamming you.
I know that generally reviews are only left by paying customers of businesses, but I would say that at this point I have a relationship with this company (blocking them daily, to no avail). I don't know why anyone would trust

I am so glad I was introduced to 1ink.com. A friend of mine referred me to this company and I am so happy he did. I have saved a lot of money on ink that I would otherwise have spent more than double or even triple on.

I ordered from this company because it is the most economical way to save on ink. It arrived sooner than expected. I had some home projects going on and needed ink right ASAP. I bought color ink and black ink cartridges, both worked great and were easy to install. I am buying the larger capacity ink cartridges now due to the fact that cartridges are expensive and this is a way to save some money. I always keep extra cartridges on hand in case I run out of ink in the middle of something. The ink itself is very good can't even tell the difference from an oem cartridge. Will be ordering again

I just had a very bad experience with 1ink. I placed an order and specified the name and serial number of my printer. I turned out that they do not carry the ink for my printer, but they did not notify me of that face. Instead they sent me the wrong size. When it arrived, I realized it didn't look right. I opened one of the cellophane wrappings to see if the right size was inside the plastic. Now when I went on chat because you can't talk with anyone, I was told that since I opened one, I could only get credit. Now why would I want credit for something you don't carry. That

I ordered a 5 pack, received it, then placed the ink in my desk drawer for use later. Today I went to replace the cartriges and saw that the cartridges sent to me are the wrong ones. They do not fit. The product is good but in my most recent order last week totaling over $99 i was offered a 15% discount coupon AFTER i placed the order. On calling customer service i had a very rude salesperson tell me that the 15% was because it was my first order. I said that it was certainly not my first order as i had just replaced the ink from 1ink in the printer that morning and that this was at least my second or third order from them. The person would not listen and hung up. I finally reached a manager who offered to credit the 15% back to my CC but its been over 5 days now and i have yet to see anything

I had a cartridge DOA, tried another identical 1ink cartridge and it worked. Called CS (LETICIA) and she very courteously led me through troubleshooting and resets. When those steps didn't work, she sent me out a new cartridge. I rank 1ink high on Customer Service, but have to mark them down because the sealed new cartridge (about one year old) did fail. Should have better QC or shelf life.

So far, so good. I'm reading reviews and for the most part, those who have HP printers are having the most trouble with the ink. That's payback for buying an HP printer. Why??? Why buy HP? They're no good.
I have an Epson 725..and for my purposes, it's fine. The compatible ink at 1Ink is higher in cost - $6.99 compared to what it should be... $3.99 (oh sorry, inflation/greed $4.99) but the ink is good.
I sure hope this place seriously looks at the bad reviews to find out what the problems were. Yelp is a very powerful tool.. and with lots of complaints, shoppers definitely

I have an HP Office Jet. I ordered a black cartridge and a color cartridge. I have not tried the black cartridge yet. The color cartridge either does not have any red ink in it or it will not print red ink. I called Support at 1ink three times before they agreed to send me a replacement cartridge. It has been over a week and they have not sent a shipping notice and I have not received the ink. I had to get my work don so I bought a "REAL" HP cartridge from the local Target store. That cheaper recycled cartridge was very expensive.
I will never do business with 1ink again.
