RUN, don't walk, RUN from this roofing company.
The owner of this company was once quoted; "I understand that a contract must be executed and one that is favorable to BOTH parties".
Too bad he doesn't treat his own customers the same way.
I paid 4.5k for a roof repair that lasted 6 months. The new company I hired had to literally redo all of KD's original work.
The industry standard for roofing workmanship warranties is 2 to 5 years. Unfortunately I did not read my contract (and was too trusting) of this company. Please read your contract closely and spend the time to get several estimates
